The virtual public meeting is not a live event and the materials can be viewed at your convenience. If you do not have internet access, you may call 903-737-9282 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to ask questions and access project materials during the project development process. |

Purpose | The Texas Department of Transportation Paris District is proposing to improve State Highway (SH) 289 from Farm-to-Market (FM) 120 to End of State Maintenance (Elks Boulevard) in Grayson County, Texas. This notice advises the public that TxDOT will be conducting an in-person public meeting with a virtual option. |
Description | The proposed improvements to SH 289 include widening SH 289 from FM 120 to End of State Maintenance (Elks Boulevard) from a two-lane highway to a five-lane highway with two lanes in each direction and a continuous two-way left turn lane for approximately 7.01 miles. The proposed project is not currently funded for construction. |
